CT Boy Found in SF!

Actually, Mark Pastore would love you to find him.

Mark Pastore

The New London native owns a fabulous restaurant called Incanto in the Noe Valley section of San Francisco.

A good friend who knows her way around a plate of pasta told us about Mark and the restaurant before we left.

Mark left Connecticut for college, and never looked back.  He served time in Silicon Valley as a well-trained techie.  But his heart was in San Francisco, and his soul was in Italy and his gut brought him to 1550 Church Street, where he built his restaurant from the ground up.

It’s a little out of the way, but if you ever have the opportunity to “find” Mark, by all means do.

You won’t regret it.

I haven’t checked your blog in some time and am so happy I did today! You should go on vacation more often! Am enjoying reading about your trip. I made 3 trips to San Fran back in the 80’s and absolutely fell in love with the area. Thanks for sharing and reviving some of my memories. Have a wonderful time and a safe trip home.
