Who’s Zoomin’ Who?

As a growing number of schools play musical chairs with conferences, NCAA President Mark Emmert says he is concerned about the perception that money is driving the decisions and declared “this is not the NFL, the NBA, it’s not a business.”  (Associated Press, 9.29.11)

Earth to Planet Emmert:  It’s a business.  You should know.  After all, you were chancellor at UConn.

And if there’s a shadow of a doubt, you didn’t see this in the Sunday Boston Globe.  It’s a business.  And a border war.

What an embarrassment.  What a shame.

Gerry said,”What an embarrasment. What a shame.” I couldn’t agree with you more. How childish.

I am with you on this — except I will go out on a limb for Frosted Flakes as well!
