Patio Table Alert

When winter hauled out its heavy artillery right after Christmas, we asked our viewers to send us their storm pictures, and that they did.

Dozens of them were of tables on patios and decks.  They looked kind of like big Twinkies.

And now, I’ll share a picture of my patio table with you.

Let’s take a closer look, shall we?

This was the first winter we didn’t wrestle the damn thing down into the basement.

Bad call.

Can’t wait to see how many thousands of pieces the tempered glass exploded into once the snow melts.  But if this is the worst of the damage, we’re lucky.

At least until we see the landscaping.

    Hi Gerry,
OMG, that is incredible, I assume there is going to be bits and pieces everywhere, it’s not going to be very pleasant when the snow melts.

that is truly amazing, a piece of glass with all of that weight on it and it just broke….wow….turn it into a firepit !

Don’t ya hate when that happens, every year you do the right thing and nothing, now it’s gonna take longer to clean up than it would have to put it away. On the bright side I saw a lovely pub style set at BJ’s this weekend, makes me wish I had let ours out.
