Insignificant. But Interesting.

The Red Sox have players born in four different decades.

Pitcher Tim Wakefield was born August 2, 1966.  He’s 43.

Shortstop of the future Jose Iglesias was born January 5, 1990.  He’s 20.

OK, maybe it’s not that interesting.  But at least it’s insignificant.

One Response to Insignificant. But Interesting.

  1. Au contraire! ANYTHING having to do with the Sox is interesting and significant this time of year. Wakefield is the ” old man ” at 43. ! That’s the deal an athlete makes with el diablo. You’re an old man or woman in your late thirties and early forties. A 43 year old politician is a very young man. Maybe that’s what Schilling has in mind.
