When Satire and Reality Collide

If you haven’t checked out The Onion lately, their work is every bit as funny and slick as the Stewart and Colbert shows, and have more bite.

This, for example, pretty well sums up all the bitching I’ve ever done about cable news talk.

  1. You’re right. This is better than anything I’ve seen on SNL lately. Exception being Tina Fey’s Palin, and that even pales in comparison to this. This is satire. This is good. So very, very good.

    Good eye, Mr. Brooks.

I love the Onion as well, especially the faux morning show. I actually read the other day that they have to hire former morning show anchors because they cannot find actors who have such great talent for being so darn happy.

But one thing the Onion is missing, however, is a jingle. If you guys can have one, so can they. They better get working on that…
